Just before Oktoberfest, Irish House, Colaba thought it would be best to see a small trailer of the big picture. So, they sat around a table and discussed... 'who would be the perfect insane bunch who would create havoc and liven up the place in a matter of minutes so that our staff knows what to expect...'. And thus, without any further discussing, the Bombay hash was there, doing their thing...
While that story may sound awesome, that is not how it came about. I am sure you are not interested in the details of the same. So lets talk about run # 486.
Like any other Sunday, this run was also expected to be in the quiet commercial locality of Colaba. And so it was. Peaceful and serene, the evening was perfect to do this. We started from Irish House and wound up at Irish again after running by Victoria Terminus (aka CST for those who want to call this city, Mumbai... lol), Xaviers, Metro Cinema, Marine Drive, Air India, Mantralay and back.
The bands around our wrists made it easier for the bartenders to know that, 'Ek se hamara kuch nahi hoga.' (just one will not do). A sports channel on the big screen, some nice retro/ rock music on the speakers and the hustle bustle and sudden outburst of laughters kept the evening going.
All in all, an evening well spent.
